I have been part of the large Lehleiter + Partner team since 2014. During my vocational training as an Assistant Tax Consultant I gained initial experiences in tax law. Thanks to a broad range of registered clients one gets insights into the most varied tax issues and challenges.

Already while in training I was able to participate in solving issues, and quickly learnt to assume responsibility.

After successfully finishing my professional training in summer of 2017 I decided to take up a cooperative course of studies in RSW – Business Taxation, Corporate Accounting and Finance. A cooperative course of studies [duales Studium] offers the chance to apply knowledge acquired during the theory phase when working in the practical phase. I alternated every three months between the Neckarsulm office and my university DHBW Mosbach.

The office held vocational training courses every two weeks to expand on knowledge learnt in the vocational school. It is an interesting challenge to conduct exactly that type of training one has attended a few years previously while in vocational training. To ensure content is presented well, you need to always remain up to date and to have a firm grasp of a broad range of subjects.

This profession offers much variation since, in dealing with clients, new challenges confront us time and again. A cooperative course of studies represents a good and practice-aligned way of advanced training and to enable one to cope well with such challenges.
